Hudson, a former resident here (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.),
died at the Morrow Home in Sparta Monday. She was born in
Milwaukee, Oct. 29, 1846. She lived in early life in southern
Wisconsin and Nebraska. She moved here from Green County, Wis. with
her brother, Wilbur, and sister, Ella. They lived for some time on
their farm in the town of Grant, later moving to Neillsville. Two
years ago after the death of her sister and brother, she went to
live at the Morrow Home for the aged in Sparta. She was an active
worker all her mature life in the church and W. C. T. U., a woman
of high ideals and fine qualities of character. The funeral was
held today, Wednesday at Sparta and burial will take place at
