(3 Sep 1927) Mr. Ted C.
Skibicki of Chicago and Miss Blanche Struensee of the town of
Levis, Clark County, Wis., were united in marriage on Saturday,
Sept. 3, 1927, at the Methodist Church in Neillsville, Rev. S. J.
Lambright officiating. The bridesmaids were Misses Dorothea
Lenzkow, Harriet Plewa and Lillian Kurka, and Mr. Ed Struensee, Mr.
Steven Hill and Mr. Joseph Struensee were groomsmen. The bride wore
a beautiful white satin dress, trimmed with lace, and wore a veil.
Mis Lenzkow wore a rose colored dress and Miss Plewa and Miss Kurka
were dressed in pink. After the
ceremony, a fine wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride
at which were gathered a large number of guests, relatives and
friends, a number of them being from Chicago. The bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Struensee of the town of Levis, where
she grew to womanhood. For some time she has had a position in
Chicago. She is a young lady of fine personality and is deservedly
popular with all who know her. The groom has not a wide
acquaintance here, but has made occasional visits her and all who
have met him have a very favorable opinion of him. He is a barber
and has a well establish business in Chicago, where he and his
bride will make their home. The best wishes of
the people of Neillsville and vicinity go with them. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
