O'Brien, Beatrice (23 NOV 1927)

Mr. Lyle W. Sischo and Miss Beatrice O'Brien were united in marriage at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 23, Rev. G. W. Longenecker officiating, the ceremony taking place at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Will O'Brien in Neillsville, Clark County, Wis. Only immediate relatives were in attendance.

The groom was attended by his cousin, Ernest Begley, and Miss Violet O'Brien, sister of the bride, acted as bridesmaid. The bride was dressed in white beaded georgette and wore a veil and carried a bouquet of pink roses and lilies of the valley. The bridesmaid wore pale green georgette and carried pink and white carnations. The rooms were prettily decorated. After the ceremony a bountiful wedding supper was served.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Sischo, who formerly lived near Christie, Clark County. He grew up on the farm there. For some time past he has been employed by the Highway Committee of the county, as a truck driver. He is a steady, efficient young man and has an excellent reputation in every way. The bride graduated from the Teachers' Training Department of Neillsville High School in the class of 1923, and has since taught successfully in the schools of this county. She is a young lady of fine culture and personality and is much admired by all who know her.

The young couple will begin housekeeping soon in Neillsville. The Press most heartily joins with their many friends in wishing them happiness and success.
