NEILLSVILLE PRESS (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 12/15/1927 Kurtzweg, Ruth (3
SEP 1927) Married at Winona,
Minn., Sept. 3rd, 1927, by Rev. Roy L. Laurin, at the Presbyterian
Parsonage, Mr. Bennie Hart of the town of Hewett, Clark County,
Wis., and Miss Ruth Kurtzweg of the town of Levis, Clark
County. The bride is the
only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Kurtzweg. She graduated from
the Neillsville High School in 1926, having taken the general
course. The next year she returned to school and took the Teachers'
Training Course and graduated with the class of 1927. She is now
teaching at Dorchester. Mrs. Hart is a young lady of fine culture
and a pleasing personality, and makes friends readily wherever she
is. The groom is the
only son of Mrs. Lon Cook. He is a World War veteran, having spent
a year overseas. After being discharged he came home, later going
to Washington, where he worked three years. He came home again last
winter, having bought a farm here. Bennie, as he is called, is a
fine young man, honest and upright in all his dealings, and well
liked by all who know him. The young couple
wish to thank those at the dance and shower for the fine presents
and gifts of money. Their many friends
wish them joy and happiness. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
