Loyal Class Reunion 20 year July 17, 1969
The Loyal High School Class of 1949 held their 20 year class reunionSaturday
evening, July 12, at the Amber Inn in Loyal.
Fifty six attended the event, including guests Mrs. Maxine Hug, Mr. J. R. Thomas
and Mr. and Mrs. Vern Darby, all of Loyal. The invocation was delivered by Mr.
Gene Cook and master of ceremonies for the evening was Rev. Frank Pieper.
Music for dancing was provided by the Bill Chambers Orchestra. Classmates
attending were Mary Nystad Brentlinger of Phoenix, Arizona; Rev. Frank Pieper of
Kankakee, Illinois; Lawrence Waldhauser, Minneapolis, Mill.; Gay Nelson Deward
and Barbara Holnbeck Preising, Milwaukee; Colleen Bertz Krueger, Cudahy; Ilene
Rowley Schlinsog, Kenosha; Gene Cook, Waukesha; James Davel, Menasha; Dorothy
Radley Dutzle, Horicon; Leonard Vandehey, Elroy; Betty Pockrandt Landwehr,
Stratford; Wayne Kronberger and Edward Schecklman, Neillsville; Ronald Gotter,
Marshfield; Donna Lindekugel Lucht and Leroy Schmitz, Spencer; Vernon Smith,
Richard Esselman, Janis Langfeldt Vollrath, Greenwood; and from Loyal, Donald
Buger, Edward Domine, Inez Free Spuhler, Gerry Haas Rowley, Milton Knack, Duane
