Chili (21 December 1972)
Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Rollins of Osseo were honored recently with a housewarming
party at their new home. Present for the occasion were Mr. and Mrs. Robert
Rollins and Joseph Matonich of rural Spencer, Mr. and Mrs. David Lavey and
family and Arnold Wesenberg and family of Granton, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Laschen
and Dennis Rogstad of Loyal, and Mr. and Mr. Donald Mahoney and family, Mr. and
Mrs. Duane Rollins and family and Mrs. Verlyn Rollins and family of Chili.
The U. M. W. of Immanuel United Methodist Church met recently. Plans were made
to pack Christmas Cheer boxes for shut-ins. Mrs. George Smith presented a
program on the meaning of Christmas gifts. Hostesses were Miss Elda Happe and
Mrs. William Happe.
