The Clintsman young people entertained a big bunch of young folks for dinner and
supper Sunday, and spent a very enjoyable evening at the Xmas program at the
Chapel on the Twenty-Six road.
Mrs. Chas. Bostwick has been on the sick list for several weeks with an abscess
in both ears.
Alfreda Martonson came down from Barron to Spend the holidays with her parents.
Frances and Fred Clintsman came down from the camp near Withee to spend Xmas
with their parents.
Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Sharp and daughter Nellie are visiting at their daughter's at
Black Creek, Wis.
Mr. and Mrs. C. Hatton entertained for Xmas dinner, F. Hatton and family, Mr.
and Mrs. Al Flagg, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Bostwick and Mr. and Mrs. S.B. Flagg and
daughter Marion. In the evening guests were invited for a cinch party and Oyster
supper. Prizes were given to the winners: Miss Luella Sharp – first, Alfreda
Martonson – second, Paul Wepner – second. Also checker were played. Mr. Keefe is
beginning to have an idea that he is the champion, as he seemed to win quite a
few games.
Mr. and Mrs. Martonson entertained for Xmas dinner, Mr. and Mrs. Salmonson.
Evan Hatton, Rolland Sharp, Paul Wepner and Floyd Clintsman helped the Moorehead
Bros saw wood Monday.
Alfreda Martonson called on the Borger girls Monday afternoon.
