Lowe, Thera (1 OCT 1852 - 27 NOV 1928)

Mrs. Ole Lowe, one of the older residents of Neillsville, Clark County, Wis., passed away at her home on the north side Tuesday morning, Nov. 27, 1928.

Mrs. Lowe, whose maiden name was Thera Thompson, was born in Norway, Oct. 1, 1852. She came to Minneapolis in 1882, and on March 3, 1882, was married to Ole Lowe. They came to Neillsville in the fall of 1844 and have made their home here ever since. She was a lady of quiet habits, devoted to her home, but also a kind and helpful friend and neighbor and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She leaves to mourn her death her husband and one daughter, Leafy, Mrs. Louis Larson of St. Paul, and two grandchildren; also two brothers in Norway.

The funeral was held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Trinity Norwegian Church, of which deceased was a member. Rev. Aaberg of Greenwood will officiate.
