NEILLSVILLE PRESS (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 02/28/1929 Flick, Lulu L. (28
FEB 1894 - 15 Feb 1929) Lulu Louise
Westphal, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Westphal, was born in
Neillsville, Clark County, Wis. Feb. 28, 1894 and died Feb. 15,
1929, at Fairchild, Wis. When Lulu was a
small girl her parents moved to a farm in the town of Seif, Clark
County, where she grew to womanhood, and was married to Ernest
Flick, June 20, 1912. Mr. Flick had a farm home near Tioga, where
they lived until about 9 years ago, when they sold out and moved to
Fairchild, where they lived at the time of her death. To bless
their home, Mr. and Mrs. Flick had seven children, 3 girls and 4
boys, ranging in age from 2 to 15 years. Besides the bereaved
husband and children she leaves to mourn her death, her mother,
Mrs. Fred Schmidt, Neillsville; one brother, Claude Westphal,
Neillsville; 2 sisters, Mrs. Elmer Stafford, Greenwood, and Mrs.
Helmuth Siems, Neillsville, also a host of friends. Her father and one
brothers preceded her in death several years ago. To say that Lulu
will be missed, would be putting it mildly, because she possessed
that sunny disposition that goes to make up an ideal wife, mother
and friend. The heartfelt
sympathy of the community goes out to the bereaved husband and
family. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
