Robinson and Mr. Clifford G. Woods were married on Saturday, Oct.
20, 1928, at the Congregational Church in Vancouver, Wash., the
pastor, Rev. Westwoods officiating. The bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Robinson of the town of Weston, Clark
County, and is very well known here. She graduated from Neillsville
High School in the class of 1926, and secured a position as
stenographer at the Oxford Worsted Mills in Philadelphia. In the
spring of 1926 she went to Portland, Oregon, and held a position
with the Avery Commercial Service as Public Stenographer. Last
Winter she came back to Wisconsin and attended the Wis. Business
University at La Crosse three months. Mr. Woods is the
oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Woods of Durfar, Oregon. He is an
electrical engineer. He graduated from Durfar High School and the
University of Oregon, and the Lyons Electrical School of Chicago.
At present he has a good position with a Radio Co. at 724 Sandy
Boulevard, Portland. After a short trip
they will be at home to their friends at 464 Conch St., Portland,
Oregon. The Press joins
many friends of the bride in Neillsville and vicinity in extending
best wishes for the happy and prosperous future of this promising
