Mr. Adolph Edward Meier and Miss Mamie Boldt were married Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 26, 1929, at St. John's Lutheran Parsonage, Rev. Wm. Bauman officiating. They were attended by Mr. Frank Meier and Miss Ella Meier, brother and sister of the groom.
Both the bride and groom are from the town of Levis, Clark County, Wis. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Meier. He was brought up on the farm and has always lived at home, except while working at the Neillsville Condensary, where he is now employed. He is an industrious and upright young man.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Boldt, who live also in Levis. She has always lived at home, and is a young lady who is highly spoken of by all who know her.
For the present the young couple will make their home with the groom's parents.
