Weis, Angel Marie (23 September 1983)
Miss Angel Marie Weis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Weis, Route 2, Spencer,
and Peter John Schecklman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Schecklman, Route 4,
Neillsville, were married September 23, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Loyal,
with Rev. James J. Logan officiating.
Music was provided by Darla Rueth, organist, and Julie Jicinsky, soloist.
The bride, given in marriage by her parents, asked Sandy Cliver of Marshfield to
be maid of honor and Laura Wolcott, Wisconsin Rapids, and Pam Haebig,
Marshfield, the bridesmaids.
Chris Weis of Spencer was best man. Groomsmen were Richard and Roger Martin of
Marshfield, and ushering were Paul Haebig, Marshfield, and Tim Schecklman,
Loyal.
The wedding reception and dance were at Granton Sportsman's Club. They are
living at 206 N. Main St., Greenwood. They graduated from Loyal High School, the
bride in 1982 and her husband in 1978.
The bride wore an ivory Victorian gown and matching hat, and her flowers were
ivory roses with bay's breath and ivy. The aides had grey street-length dresses
and carried parasols trimmed with ivory rosebuds, Baby's breath and greenery.
