Balicki, Joseph (4 MAR 1864 - 29 JUN 1922)

Joseph Balicki died at his home in the town of Withee, Clark County, Wis. on Thursday morning, June 29, 1922. Mr. Balicki had been trouble with asthma for a long time past. He was born in Poland on March 4, 1864 and was united in marriage in 1891, and came to America in 1893. For seven years he resided in Chicago and came to Thorp twenty-two years ago, where he has since made his home. He leaves to mourn his wife and nine children, Walter, Anton, Mrs. Alvina Hoberg, William, Hattie, Henry, Charley, Helen and Mallen. The funeral took place on Saturday morning at St. Hedwig's Church, Father Kulig officiating.

Among relatives present at the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Balicki, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Balicki, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Balicki, Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Hoberg, all of Chicago.
