What more appropriate time could there be selected for the union of hearts than Thanksgiving Day. This day was the occasion selected by Miss Appollonia David and Mr. Paul D. Brunett for the wedding and the affair was consummated at St. Bernard's Church, Father John Neises performing the ceremony. The pair was attended by Michael Brunner of this place and Iceda Wilhelm of Cadott, Wis. The event marks the most important milestone in their life.
After the ceremony relatives and a few friends accompanied the newlyweds to the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Clara David, where a sumptuous repast was served and the balance of the day spent in merry jest and joyous congratulations.
The love and esteem in which this worthy young couple is held was shown by the numerous and beautiful presents bestowed. The many friends of the bride and groom wish them a long, pleasant and prosperous life.
They will reside in the town of Worden where Mr. Brunett is operating a farm.
