(1852 - 27 NOV 1923) John Zwolinski
died at the Chippewa Falls Hospital, Nov. 27, 1923 of high blood
pressure. He was born in Poland in 1852. He came to the U. S. in
1887. In 1893 he came to Thorp, Clark County, Wis. from Longrun,
Ohio, settling on a farm 4 1/2 miles N. E. of Thorp, and lived on
it until his death. He leaves his wife
and six children, Adam of Minneapolis, Minn., Mrs. Kate Pezocha of
Jewitt City, Conn., Leon of Gilman, Wis., Julian and Mrs. Autosia
Kiel of the town of Withee, and Wladyslaw of Detroit, Mich., two
brothers, Frank of Crompton, S.D. and Paul of Thorp, and five
sisters, one lives in Penn., three in Ohio and one in Poland. The funeral took
place Dec. 1, 1923, at St. Hedwig's Church. All children were
present at the funeral except one daughter, Mrs. Katie Pezocha of
Jewitt City, Conn., long distance being the cause. He was a good
