Sorenson, aged fifty-six years, died at her home in the town of
Thorp, Clark County, Wis. on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 1924. Deceased was born
at Bornhelm, Denmark, in Aug. 1869, and was united in marriage to
Jens Sorenson in the city of Clinton, Iowa, in Dec. 1890, where
they made their home until 1901, when they came to Stanley and
settled on a farm in the town of Thorp, where they have since
resided. The funeral took
place on Saturday of last week from the house, burial following in
the Lutheran Cemetery. She leaves to
mourn her death, her husband, three sons and three daughters, Wm.
of Stanley, Fred of Cadott, Hans at home, Mrs. Henry Qualman of
Clinton, Iowa, Mrs. Alfred Brenner of Thorp, and Lena at home, and
