Mr. August Schutz of Boyceville and Miss Lena Karlen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Karlen of the town of Thorp, Clark County, Wis. were united in marriage at the home of the bride's parents on Tuesday, June 16th, 1925, Rev. A. C. Stapel officiating. The bride has a host of friends in the community who readily tender sincere congratulations. The newlyweds departed for Chicago after the ceremony, where they spent several days with Mr. Schutz' sister, also visiting the Dells at Kilbourn, Devil's Lake, Prairie du Sac and Milwaukee, returning here on Thursday last and then departed for their new home at Boyceville. A pleasant journey through life attended by much success is the earnest wish of all their friends.
