On Friday, April 22nd, representatives from the City of Thorp, the Thorp Chamber
of Commerce and the Clark County Economic Development and Tourism Bureau turned
out for the official ribbon cutting and grand opening of Bar BK Leatherworks
located at 101 W. Prospect Street in Thorp, right next door to Mathison Realty.
Bar BK Leatherworks is owned and operated by Bonnie Weber. Bonnie began working
with leather over 40 years ago. She started by repairing her own tack and has
honed her skills throughout the years. Bonnie's parents gifted her a leather
tooling kit and that sparked a passion that remains to this day. Bar BK
Leatherworks specializes in custom leatherwork and repair. Bonnie also offers
zipper repair of most items. If you are in the need of leather repair stop in
