Noeldner, Donald Francis (23 July 1940 - 31 July 2004)
GREENWOOD - Donald Francis Noeldner, 64, of Greenwood died July 31, 2004, surrounded by his family.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Immanuel United Church of Christ. Inurnment will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at the church.
Cuddie Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Donald was born on July 23, 1940, in the town of York to Herman and Lucille (Goetz) Noeldner. He married Barbara Wehrman on Oct. 12, 1963, at Immanuel United Church of Christ. He was employed with his father at Noeldner Construction until 1966, when he went to work for Speich Tractor. In 1969, he bought the Mobil Oil route, which he owned and operated for 20 years. He then sold the gas route and was employed by the city of Greenwood. He retired in April 2004.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Noeldner of Greenwood; four children, Susan (Jim) Herdrich, Peggy Noeldner, Kim (Lee) Bredlau, and Steve Noeldner, all of Greenwood; seven grandchildren; four brothers, Nathan (June) Noeldner, Loyal, Ed (Kris) Noeldner, Mazomanie, Gordon Noeldner, Loyal, and Randy (Karen) Noeldner, Eau Claire; and two sisters, Eleanor (Harry) Johnson and Brenda (Al) Noah, all of Greenwood.
