Christenson, James Jr. (6 DEC 1935 - 29 JUL 2004)

James Christenson Jr., 68, formerly of Loyal, died Thursday, July 29, 2004, at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home, Milwaukee, after a courageous battle with cancer. A Mass will be held Aug. 13, in West Allis. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

James Christianson, Jr. was born Dec. 6, 1935 in Loyal, to James and Mathilda Christianson. He attended St, Anthony’s Parochial School and Loyal High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the Air Force and served four years at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. He married Mary Ellen Carley, and they later divorced. He was an avid sportsman and loved hunting and fishing.

Survivors include two sisters, Jeanne [Michael] Mike, West Allis, and Janet [Donald] Wills, Loyal; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents.
