Vanduzen, William (11 NOV 1843 - 16 May 1929)
Mr. William Vanduzen, for many years a former resident of the town of Thorp, Clark County, Wis., died at Jump River on May 16, 1929. Deceased was born at Albany, N.Y., on Nov. 11, 1843, where he grew to manhood, and in May 1880 was united in marriage to Miss Alma Worden. For many years he was a resident of the town of Thorp, moving to Jump River several years ago. The cause of death was dropsy and old age. He leaves to mourn, his wife, three sons, John, Burt and Charles of Jump River, and two daughters, Mrs. Ben Wilson of West Allis and Mrs. O. Christenson of the town of Thorp. A short prayer at the home of the latter where the body was brought, preceded the funeral services at the Presbyterian Church at Eidsvold on Saturday last, Rev. Ayers of Jump River officiating. Interment took place in the cemetery at Eidsvold.
