Bass, Charles (25 Dec. 1861 - 6 March 1930)
Charles Bass died suddenly at 7:30 Thursday morning, March 6, at his home in the town of Lynn, the cause of his death being asthma.
Deceased was born at Monroe, Wisconsin, Dec. 25, 1861. He came to Neillsville with his parents in 1887. For a number of years he worked in lumber camps and at other work in this locality. He was first married to Miss Ernestine Krause, who died in 1894, and in 1895 he was married to Miss Mathilda Krause who survives him. Twenty-seven years ago they moved to their farmrest cut off.

ADDITION TO OBITUARY
In the obituary of Chas. Bass published last week, it should have been mentioned that Mr. Bass left three sisters: Mrs. Sarah Niles and Jane Loy of Neillsville and Mrs. Flora Sample of Brule, Wis., also a number of nephews and nieces.
