Bradley, Rolland A. (20 JAN 1926 - 2 JAN 2002)
Rolland L. Bradley, 75, Chetek, WI, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2002 at Heritage Manor, in Rice Lake, WI.
He was born Jan. 20, 1926 in Kendall, WI. He served in the U. S. Navy during World War II. Rolland worked for the Rockford Register-Star and Minneapolis Star-Tribune Newspapers as a stereotyper and then in the press rooms. He then owned and operated "The Corner Bar" in Thorp, Clark County, WI.
He and his wife retired to Chetek in about 1993 and Rolland loved to fish for Walleye and Crappies.
He is survived by two sons: Edward (Renee) of Brooklyn Center, MN and Mike of CA; one daughter, Lindsey of WI; and 6 grandchildren: Lisa and Phillip and Clynda (Darren), Amanda, Luke and Logan. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Alice.
A private family service will be held this spring at Wildwood Cemetery in Rockford, IL.
