Rusch, Paula (18 MAY 1902 - 28 Augl 1923)

Death came to sadden the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. A. Rusch on Tuesday morning Aug. 28th, 1923, when their daughter Paula passed away at the Sacred Heart Hospital of Eau Claire, after an illness of several months. Medical aid was sought at Marshfield and Eau Claire, but to no avail.

She was born in the town of Liberty, Manitowoc Co., May 18, 1902.

She leaves to mourn her loss her parents; nine sisters; two brothers; and one brother-in-law, besides other relatives and a host of friends. The funeral services were held at the Lutheran Church, Rev. Eskey and Rev. Reiff officiating. Interment was in the Lutheran Cemetery.

The floral tributes were many and beautiful.

The relatives from away who attended the funeral were: Mrs. G. Millen of Minneapolis; Mr. and Mrs. A. Bohnemkamp and daughter Romayn; Mr. and Mrs. George Vogel and daughter Georgiana of St. Paul; Mrs. Pauline Moldenhauer and daughter Anna; Mr. Gustav Moldenhauer; Miss Pauline Mueller and Dr. George E. Hureatschek and family, all of Manitowoc, and Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Glasby and daughters of Curtiss.
