Only near relatives knew of the marriage of George W. Speich to Miss Barbara Marie Beyer, which took place at St. Mary's Catholic Church at Colby, Wis. on Tuesday, Nov. 6th, 1923.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. Beyer of Unity and is well known here (Greenwood, Clark County, Wis.) where she taught in the Greenwood High School for several years.

The groom is one of Greenwood's most popular and prosperous young businessmen and is a son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Speich.

The newlyweds will be at home to their many friends in Greenwood after Dec. 1st.
