Mr. George Buker and Miss Bertha Braun were quietly united in marriage at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. & Mrs. Chris Braun in this city, Friday evening, Sept. 15th, Rev Vriesen tying the nuptial knot. Both young people are well and favorably known in this city and surrounding territory and have a host of friends who join the Gleaner in extending best wishes for many years of happy wedded life. The young couple will make their-home on the groom's farm in Braun Settlement.
