The many friends of Mrs. George Campbell will be grieved to learn of her death which resulted from cerebral hemorrhage, with but a few hours warning, occurred at her home about six o'clock on Monday evening. Deceased was born Alice Huyck in Canada May 18th, 1854, the daughter of Aaron Huyck, now deceased, late of Humbird, Clark County, Wis. She was married to George Campbell at Lima in Sheboygan Co. in 1875, coming here in the fall of 1877.
She is survived by her husband, four sisters, namely: Mrs. Mary Phalen of Sheboygan, Mrs. Bertha Windover and Mrs. Margaret Steinfeldt of Dallas, Oregon, and Mrs. Jane Johnson who resides in the state of Washington, and one brother, James Huyck of Sheboygan Co. The funeral was held from the home Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Sindahl of Eau Claire officiating.
