The Harold Huckstead cheese factory (pictured below) is believed to have been south of the Reed School, on Cardinal Avenue, one or two miles south of the highway 10 intersection. Huckstead's farm was also near that intersection, west, their house was on the north side of the highway, a barn and outbuildings on the south side. |
