Kronberger, Leonard G. (17 Dec 1856 - 9 NOV 1925)

Leonard George Kronberger was born the 17th day of Dec. 1856 in Nuremberg, Germany; and came to America in 1887 to Ft. Atkinson, Wis. He was married May 26, 1878 to Barbara Kronmeller.

Mr. and Mrs. Kronberger lived at Ft. Atkinson 8 years, then moved to Clark County, Wis. in 1894, where they have made their home up to the present time.

Twelve children were born to this union, one dying in infancy 30 years ago. He is survived by his wife and eleven children, five sons and six daughters. They are: John and Leo of Spokeville, George of York, Arthur and Frank at home, Minnie Fader of Loyal, Rose Seidelman of York, Leona Sischo of Loyal, Mollie, Carrie and Clara at home.

He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and one sister in Germany.

Leonard Kronberger died of heart failure on the 9th day of Nov. 1925 at Oconomowoc Health Resort, aged 68 years, 11 months and 19 days.

Funeral services were held at the Lutheran Church last Thursday P.M. and burial took place in the Union Cemetery.
