Marie/Mary Raabe, nee Julas or Jahlas, was born in 1861 in Germany. She was baptized in her infancy. After her confirmation she immigrated to this county and enter the holy estate of marriage with Fred Raabe in 1883 at Reesville, Wis. She is survived by her husband, three daughters, six grandchildren, three brothers and two sisters are said to be still living in Germany.
Funeral services were held at the Lutheran Church of Loyal Sunday afternoon. Interment took place in the Lutheran Cemetery, Rev. Pohlman officiating.
