Scheel, Sarah B. (8 Feb 1895 - 9 Mar 1927)
Sarah Bertha Klessig was born Feb. 8, 1895 at Green Grove, Clark County, Wis.
The deceased spent her childhood in Green Grove, receiving a country school education.
On April 3, 1912 the deceased was united in marriage to Robert R. Scheel of Loyal, Wis. Shortly after being married they moved onto a farm south of Spokeville in the town of York, Clark County, where the deceased lived until death, which occurred Wednesday march 9, 1927 at 10 o'clock a.m. The cause of her death was pneumonia.
To Mr. and Mrs. Scheel were born five children, all of who survive, namely, Marie 14, Edna 12, Julia 8, Ray 3, and Donald 8 months. She also leaves to mourn her loss, her husband, two sisters and three brothers, besides other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Scheel was a kind and loving wife and mother, well liked by her neighbors and friends. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her.
Funeral services were held from the M. W. A. Hall of Loyal, under the auspices of the International Bible Students, Saturday afternoon at 1:30, F. W. Petran of Wausau officiating. Interment took place in the Union Cemetery.
