DEATH OF DELL STRUBLE

Delbert Struble died suddenly at his home in the town of Lynn Sunday evening, Sept. 14, aged 33 years and 26 days. He was taken with a stroke of apoplexy on the Friday previous and never regained consciousness. He was a strong vigorous man and apparently in the best of health and his death is a great shock to his family and the community.

Delbert Clarence Struble was born at Sioux Rapids, Iowa, Aug. 18, 1897. He came with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Struble of Clark County in 1914, and settled on a farm in section 30 in the town of Lynn. On August27, 1917, he was married to Lulu Page. His parents returned to Iowa and he and his wife continued to carry on the farm. He was an industrious farmer, and upright citizen and well liked throughout the community.

Mr. Struble is survived by his wife and four children: Genevieve, Chloe, Delbert and Lawrence. He leaves also his parents and one sister Helen, Mrs. Gilmore Baysinger. Other relatives here to attend the funeral are an uncle and aunt, Mr. and Rms. Erwin Cuthbert another uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Cuthbert and his aged grandmother Cuthbert, all of Sioux Rapids.

The funeral is held this, Wednesday afternoon, at 1 o’clock at Lowe’s Funeral Home, Rev. G. W. Longenecker officiating. Pall bearers are: Frank Smith, Fred Alyea, Emil Krauser, Ernest Porath, Henry Porath and Aug. Ramer. Burial takes place in the Neillsville Cemetery.
