Mr. and Mrs. Walt Amidon spent an evening last week with Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Allen.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Finder and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Hart drove to Lake Chetek, fishing, Sunday, returning Monday morning.
Mrs. Barbara Stegner sold her farm here to a Mr. Robb of Neillsville, taking in exchange some property at Owen. The deal was made by Henry Lipkie.
Work is progressing rapidly on Highway 10.
Lon Cook and wife spent Friday evening with Mrs. Minnie Marden and son Ernest.
Lon Cook and wife and Laurel Hart went to Alma Center, Sunday, and spent the afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wilcox.
Josie Wood, Ole Fields and Irwin Ritchie and Ben Hart and wife and baby spent Monday evening at Lon Cook’s.
Henry and Roscoe Hart went to Alma Center, Saturday and bought potatoes. They also called at Ed. Payson’s.
