Burt, Gladys Miriam (Marriage - 18 Aug. 1930)
Announcement is made of the marriage of Gladys Miriam Burt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Burt, 700 So. Oak St., Marshfield, to Mr. Robert J. Breseman, 1006 SO. Vine Street.
The ceremony took place Monday afternoon, August 18, at four o’clock at the famous "Little Brown Church" at Nashua, Iowa. The Rev. Wm. Kent of the Bradford, Iowa, Congregational church reading the service.
Both are well known in the city. The bride is a graduate of the Marshfield high school with the class of 1923. The groom recently completed an advanced bookkeeping course at the Wausau Business Institute and is employed in that position at the Marshfield Hardware & Auto Co. office.
Immediately after the ceremony, the newlyweds left for a week’s auto trip to northern Wisconsin and will be home to their friends after Sept 1st, at 700 So. Oak St., Marshfield, Wis.
