The wedding of Miss hazel B. Roscoe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James M. Roscoe, to Montford D. Vess of Seattle, Wash., took place at the home of the bride in Rathdrum Monday afternoon, the Rev. Lloyd L. Burk, Methodist Pastor, officiating. A small gathering of immediate relatives and friends witnessed the ceremony.
The young couple left immediately for Spokane to visit Mr. Vess' mother. From there they went on to Seattle where they will make their home.
Mr. Vess is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Vess who resided here many years ago.
The bride is a graduate of the Rathdrum High School and has been a popular member of young people' organizations and W. R. C. for a number of years. She was honored with a pre-nuptial shower at her home by the W. R. C. last Saturday afternoon, when she was made the recipient of many useful articles (Rathdrum Idaho Tribune)
The bride is known to many in this vicinity (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.), having both friends and relatives here.
