Mr. Henry Degenhardt, oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Degenhardt, and Miss Lavern Ryan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Ryan, were united in marriage on Wed. Dec. 19th, 1926, at St. Balthasar's Catholic Church, Rev. Joseph Stenz officiating.
The bride wore a navy blue silk dress with hat to match and was attended by the Miss Nellie Ryan, sister of the bride.
The bridesmaid wore a brown silk dress with hat to match. The bride carried a bouquet of white roses and lilies of the valley.
The groom was attired in a dark blue suit and was attended by Mr. Joseph Rondorf, who also wore blue.
After the ceremony a wedding dinner and supper were served at the home of the bride's parents to close relatives only.
The young couple left Thursday for a short wedding trip.
At the present Mr. and Mrs. Degenhardt are at home on the groom's parents.
