Miss Edith Moss, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tuffield Moss of Fremont, Clark County, became the bride of Ezra Schilling, son of Mrs. Bertha Schilling of the same place, at a ceremony which took place on Thursday afternoon, June 4, at the parsonage of Immanuel Evangelical Church in Chili. The Rev. GW Zimmerman performed the double ring service.
The bride wore a gown of rose cedar flat crepe and her attendant, Miss Mildred Nebel, a cousin of the groom, was dressed in yellow georgette. The groom was attended by Chester Roder, a cousin of the bride.
Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served at 7 o'clock at the home of the groom's mother, which was decorated in pink and white. A wedding cake was used as a center piece on the tables, and pink ribbon streamers from the cake ended in place cards.
Mr. and Mrs. Schilling left Friday morning on an auto trip and on their return will be at home on the Schilling farm.
