Miss Sara Mae Davis, R.N., daughter of Mrs. Abbie Davis of Granton, and Lloyd B. Manley, son of Mr. and Mrs. FJ Manley of Stanley, were united in marriage at eleven o'clock on Tuesday morning, Dec. 29, at the Presbyterian Manse, Rev. E.S. Genung performing the marriage service.

They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. C. Darwin Downer, the latter being a sister of the groom. The bride wore a gown of mahogany crepe and velvet with brown accessories. Mrs. Downer wore a brown rust dress with brown accessories. The men wore dark blue suits. Following the ceremony, a dinner was served at the F.J. Manley home.
