An article regarding Margaret Garvin's death was published in the Republican and Press on August 3, 1899. A transcription of that article can be be viewed at the link below. At the time of her death, Margaret Garvin was residing with her son and daughter-in-law, William and Sarah Jane Garvin. They were early settlers of York Township in Clark County, Wisconsin. I am not directly related to the Garvins. However, Willian and Sarah Jane Garvin lived on a farm that was rignt next to a farm owned by my great-great-grandparents, Joseph and Elizabeth Jane McMahon. Therefore, I'm sure the Garvins and McMahons knew it other.
