BEECKLER-HENKENSIESKEN
A wedding of interest to friends in this community was solemnized in the English Lutheran Church at Waseca, MN, on Thursday, Oct. 27, when Miss Hilda HENKENSIESKEN, daughter of Mrs. Mary GURENWALD, Waseca, became the bride of Allen BEECKLER, son of Mrs. Ora BEECKLER, town of Fremont.
The bridegroom, who was graduated from McKinley High School, Marshfield, in 1930, also attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering for a year and a half, and was graduated in 1937 from the University of Wisconsin, where he specialized in poultry and agriculture.
Lighted candles and cut flowers decorated the church for the double ring ceremony, which was performed by the pastor, the Rev. Mr. HENNING, at 2:30 p.m.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her eldest brother, George HENKENSIESKEN, was attired in a white satin gown in princess style. Her long veil fell down soft folds from a beaded crown, and she wore a corsage bouquet of talisman roses and white chrysanthemums.
