The Rev. Obed ASP performed the ceremony in the Methodist parsonage at 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon uniting Miss Grace Marion VANDERHOOF, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold VANDERHOOF of Sherwood, and Raymond Gerold PAYNE, son of Mrs. Emma PAYNE of Lynn.

The bride was dressed ina blue rayon wool street-length dress with matching accessories. her attendant, Miss Myrtle VANDERHOOF, sister of the bride, chose wine rayon and wool for her attire. Donald PAYNE, the groom's brother, attended as best man.

The home of the bride's parents, where a supper was served to the immediate family, was decorated in blue and white. Mr. and Mrs. PAYNE will reside at Lynn, where the former is engaged in farming.
