WELLMAN-SCHOENGARTH
At noon today, Miss Dorothy Elizabeth SCHOENGARTH of Granton, exchanged vows with Robert WELLMAN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter WELLMAN of Madison, in a ceremony performed at the Hotel Charles in Marshfield. The Rev. G.W. LONGENECKER officiated at the nuptial rites, which were followed by a wedding dinner served to immediate relatives.
The bride was costumed in a pastel green dress with a white flowered hat and white accessories. She carried a bouquet of white daisies. Miss Marion SCHOENGARTH, sister of the bride, attended as maid of honor in a navy blue dress with matching accessories, and her bouquet was fashioned of white flowers and tea roses. Robert FISH of Madison was best man.
Mrs. WELLMAN attended the University of Wisconsin and was graduated from Milwaukee State Teachers College. Since that time, she has taught kindergarten at Appleton. The groom also attended the University of Wisconsin and is employed at the Gisholt Machine Company in Madison, where they will be at home at 450 N. Few Street after July 15. Their wedding trip will take them to northern Wisconsin.
Out of town guests included Mrs. Albert WOLFE and Miss Katherine WOLFE of LaCrosse, and Mrs. Ralph MARQUARDT of Madison.
