Helen,
I finally got back to working on the Cheese Factories project this week and realized that this particular property was once owned by Stan's Uncle, Albert Holt. We actually had have another photo of it listed on the Dairy Industry spreadsheet under "Holt's Heintown Factory"!!!
I'll obviously have to do some combining as apparently Magadenz owned it prior to Albert Holt.
Small world, isn't it???
