Walter A. Lipprandt
Abbotsford - Walter A. Lipprandt, 74, of Abbotsford died at 12:45 p.m. Friday at Continental Manor Nursing Home, Abbotsford.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Curtiss, with the Rev. Alan Minshall officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, town of Green Grove.
Friends May call after 3 p.m. Sunday at Marina Funeral Home, Abbotsford.
He was born Nov. 11, 1907 in the Town of Green Grove and attended Bee Hive School. His marriage to Marion Kluve was March 17, 1956 at Curtiss. She died March 25, 1976.
He operated a tavern at Curtiss Corners and also a tavern in the Village of Curtiss. He later moved to Abbotsford, where he opeated the Westside Grocery Store until 1970. He was a Watkins and Fuller Brush dealer since 1970. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Curtiss.
Surviving are two sisters, Elvira Rauch of Lindsey and Mrs. Lydia Bierbaum of Neillsville.
