Theis, Susan (12 APR 1910)
Tuesday morning, April 12th, 1910, the wedding of Mr. Frank Ray and Miss Susan Theis was solemnized at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Fairview, the Rev. M. Wernerus officiating. Mr. Frank Hafner was groom's man and Miss Mary Ray bridesmaid.
A reception at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Theis, followed the ceremony, at which quite a number of relatives of both bride and groom were present. Both of these young people are residents of the town of Cleveland and are the recipients of the hearty congratulations and best wishes of all their friends.
Mr. Ray has rented James Wilson's farm and there he and his bride will at once begin housekeeping, with bright prospects for the future. Mr. and Mrs. Ray received many useful and beautiful wedding gifts from their relatives and friends.
Those who were present at the festivities from away were Mrs. Nick Zook and Mrs. John Zingsheim of Elroy, sisters of the bride.
