Alger, Linda (14 Oct. 1946 - 8 Nov. 2004) THORP - Linda Alger, 58, of Eau Claire, formerly of Thorp, died Nov. 8, 2004, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Eau Claire.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Thorp Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Old St. Hedwig's Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Thorp Funeral Home, with a 7:30 p.m. rosary service.
Linda Carol Schultz was born Oct. 14, 1946, in Rockford, Ill., to Anthony F. and Linda (Mullenbach) Schultz. She was united in marriage to Larry G. Alger on May 12, 1975, in Eau Claire. The couple lived in Eau Claire, where Linda worked for Wipfli-Ullrich-Bertelson LLP as a data entry clerk in the accounting department.
She is survived by her husband, Larry, of Eau Claire; two sons, Todd and Jay, both of Eau Claire; one sister, Toni Ann (Larry) Luzinski of Thorp; her mother-in-law, Wilma Alger of Thorp; brother-in-law, Allen (Joyce) Alger of Thorp; nieces and nephews.
