Christman (20 APR 1872 - 16 Mar 1963)
Neillsville, Clark County, Wis. - Services were held at 2 p.m. today at the Bergemann Funeral Home here for Mrs. Minnie Christman, 90, of 307 Oak St., Neillsville, who died Saturday. The Rev. W. C. Koehler, pastor of United Church of Christ, officiated, and burial was made in Windfall Cemetery at Granton, Clark County.
The former Minnie Bolton was born on April 20, 1872 in Richland County. She received her education there and on Nov. 1, 1890, she was married to Charles Henry Christman at Readstown. They lived there for eight years before coming to Clark County 65 years ago. For the past 14 years she had made her home with her daughter in Neillsville. Mr. Christman preceded her in death on Oct. 21, 1916.
Mrs. Christman was a member of the United Church of Christ and the Women's Relief Corp.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ernest (Belva) Wasson of Eagle, Wis.; and Mrs. Henry (Nora) Embke of Neillsville; two sons, Elmer Christman of Owen, and Clair Christman of Neillsville; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by two sons, a daughter, a grandson and a sister.
