Trader, Rosalia (19 Jan 1851 - 7 May 1911)
After only a week's illness, although she had not been in good health for a year past, Mrs. August Trader died at her home east of town (Humbird, Clark County, Wis.) last Sunday. The funeral was held Wednesday morning at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Fairview, of which church she was a devout member, and the burial was in the cemetery at the church. Rev. Fr. Tromspeter officiated at the rites.
Mrs. Trader had the true spirit of a devoted mother, and this home loses a kind faithful wife and mother. She desired to be an active woman and this wish was a measure granted her. Only a week was she confined to her bed, and then the Angel of Death bore her to the eternal home, where sorrows are no more and where tears are unknown.
Rosalia Radke was born in Germany Jan. 19, 1851, died May 7, 1911, at the age of 60 years, 3 months and 18 days.
The deceased was married to August Trader in 1870, and came to this country in 1883, and for the past twenty-two years has resided on the farm two miles east of Humbird. She leaves to mourn her death, her husband; four children, Joseph R. of Fall Creek, Mrs. John Blang, Clemens, and Anna, all of this vicinity; five grandchildren; one brother, Joseph Radke of Alma Center; three sisters and an aged mother in Germany.
