Sunday's Portland Oregonian contained a picture of Mr. and Mrs. Carl F. Palmborg and the following mention of their marriage:
"Miss Rilla May Page, daughter of J. W. Page, general superintendent of logging for the Wind River Lumber Co., with headquarters in Carson, Wash., became the bride of Carl Frederick Palmborg, a young banker of this city, Monday, Sept. 18, 1911. They have just returned from their honeymoon, passed in the Puget Sound cities and British Columbia. They will live in Portland. The wedding took place at the First Presbyterian Church at half past three o'clock and was solemnized by Rev. John H. Boyd. The groom is the son of Rev. and Mrs. F. Palmborg of Winnipeg, Canada. Rev. Mr. Palmborg is the superintendent of the Baptist denomination of Canada. Preset at the wedding were only the bride's parents and Arch B. Carter, her cousin."
