Hanson, Johanna (28 Sep 1863 - 12 Feb 1914)
Mrs. John Hanson, wife of John Hanson, formerly of Dorchester, Clark County, Wis., but now living at Park Falls, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ole Bruesten, last Thursday forenoon of consumption, at the age of 45. She had been suffering more or less with this disease for the past three years, but had not been confined to bed until about three weeks ago.
She leaves to mourn her untimely death, a husband, three sons and two daughters, her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
The funeral was held from the Norwegian Lutheran Church Tuesday, the Rev. T. S Reishus officiating, and interment was made in the Norwegian Lutheran Cemetery.
Mrs. Hanson's maiden name was Miss Johanna S. D. Bruesten. She was born in Waupaca Co. Sept. 28, 1863. She was married to John Hanson at Ashland about twenty-five years ago.
